Years & Years‘ Olly Alexander joined Pet Shop Boys on stage at Glastonbury 2022 tonight (June 27) – have a look under.
The singer and actor joined the long-lasting band to carry out their hit ‘It’s A Sin’, after overlaying it as Years & Years and starring within the Channel 4 smash hit programme by the same name.
Whereas Alexander took to the identical stage earlier within the afternoon and carried out a canopy of the music on his personal, he teamed up with the music’s writers for his or her packed-out headline slot on the Different Stage.

Throughout his personal set, Alexander thanked the crowd for welcoming him with such open arms, saying: “I don’t need this to finish, ever, I’m going to recollect this for the remainder of my life.”
Elsewhere at Glastonbury 2022, many artists have used their time on stage to talk out in opposition to the overturning of Roe v. Wade within the US.
Jarvis Cocker and his band changed the lyrics of ‘Cunts Are Still Running the World’, dedicating it to “a sure judgement [that] has been made, primarily by males, telling girls what they will and might’t do with their our bodies”, nodding to the Supreme Courtroom.
Festival headliner Kendrick Lamar closed his set with a chant wishing “godspeed for women’s rights”, including it to the top of ‘Mr. Morale and The Massive Steppers’.
